Hello friends!

As some of you may know I'm currently in England coming to the end of my two weeks training with WEC international in all things musical. My team and i head to Spain on Sunday which is very exciting!

We are going to northern Spain to the basque country and it would surprise you to know that there are less than 200 Christian basques(there's plenty of Spanish evangelicals). I'm working with the resonance music team and our mission is to try and get people to worship in their own culture and language. There is not a bible in the basque language nor are the any basque worship songs.

we are going to be running songwriting workshops were we will be helping these people create new worship music which will hopefully inspire them to worship god and which will hopefully draw others to church(oh there is a Spanish evangelical church in the basque region but no actual evangelical BASQUE churches).

I would really apprieciate it if you could pray lots and lots for people to come to our workshops because at the moment we have a very poor number of three(oh dear!!)

This is a very exciting and very new kind of ministry, I'll let you all know the how the workshops go once they have occurred next week! And by then hopefully we will with the help of god have composed one of the first ever basque worship songs! This is a major step in sharing the gospel there! My team and I wrote three worship songs this week, and if god can work through us I'm sure he can do anything through you too! There are 11 of us training together and then 6 of us are going to spain and the other 5 are going to Cambodia to do a similar thing. My two leaders are English and the other three members are American and they LOVE my accent!
