Today we returned to Kajiado from Oltiasika. It's a long hard journey of 5 hours, still in 2009 it was an 8 hour journey mostly off road, today it's mostly tarmac....

The team are shocked and saddened to hear of the sudden passing of John Watson.

It's at times like this we feel very far from home.

Today some of the team stayed behind at Oltiasika to visit the primary school. Te rest of the team headed to the church and almost as soon as we got there Philip Briggs arrived to tell us he had found more lions.

Jim, Heather, Oriel and I went today to a mothers union seminar. It was a great day the women very welcoming and enthusiastic.

At the end of the day they gave us all Maasai names, mine is Saitoti which means the one that feeds. The rest of the team stayed back at the site and tested many of them taking a walk up the hill.
